In this role, you will assist clients with their visa and immigration applications by providing accurate advice, assisting with documentation, and helping clients understand the best pathways available to them. Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Provide initial consultations to clients to understand their visa requirements, eligibility, and goals.
Visa Application Guidance: Assist clients in selecting the appropriate visa type, and explain the process, requirements, and timelines for various visa categories.
Client Communication: Regularly update clients on their visa application status, address their queries, and offer solutions to any challenges that arise.
Immigration Regulations Knowledge: Stay up to date on immigration laws, regulations, and changes in visa policies to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
Follow-Up: Maintain continuous follow-up with clients and visa authorities for updates, clarifications, and ensuring timely progress of visa applications.
Database Management: Accurately update and manage client records and case files in the CRM system.
Support Senior Counsellors: Assist senior visa counsellors in complex cases, administrative tasks, and client management
Salary Range- Rs. 18,000- Rs. 28,000
