We are seeking a talented and passionate visual designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and video editing, with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair. This role will primarily focus on creating compelling visual content for social media and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social media content:
a. Design visually appealing graphics and animations for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
b. Create engaging video content (e.g., short clips, animations, stop-motion) for social media campaigns.
c. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual style across all social media platforms.
2. Promotional content:
a. Design promotional materials (e.g., flyers, posters, brochures) for marketing campaigns.
b. Create visually appealing presentations for internal and external use.
c. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for promotional campaigns.
3. Project Management:
a. Manage the design and production timeline for social media and promotional projects.
b. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Track project progress and budget.
4. Collaboration:
a. Work closely with the graphic design and video editing teams to ensure consistency and quality of output.
b. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to understand project requirements and objectives.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
3. Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
4. Excellent understanding of visual storytelling and branding.
5. Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Portfolio demonstrating a strong aesthetic sense and creative problem-solving skills.
8. Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g. Blender).
9. Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
10. Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
