Key Account Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sign contracts with restaurants and handle inquiries from existing and new clients
2. Gather sales leads from the market and actively approach restaurants from no star to 5 stars to get them on board as Swiggy partners
3. Maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and advise them on market-related issues offering solutions
4. Manage the sales administration function including operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems, advising senior management on maximizing business relationships, and creating an environment where customer service can flourish
5. Develop a business plan covering sales, revenue, and agreed targets
6. Promote the presence of the organization, control expenses, and meet agreed targets
7. Identify, build, and use a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally
8. Achieve good results through a well-planned approach
9. Handle potential clients when on the field as the first point of command
10. Recognize the need to adapt to change and implement appropriate solutions
11. Identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase the effectiveness and success of campaigns
12. Be the face of Swiggy in the market and stand up for the values the organization believes in
