Key Account Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with HR, and decision-makers through regular client meetings and visits.
2. Conduct cold visits to potential clients to pitch corporate training services and explore collaboration opportunities.
3. Assess hiring needs during visits and suggest relevant training programs to bridge skill gaps.
4. Perform on-site evaluations of client workplaces to tailor training solutions to organizational goals.
5. Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements during in-person meetings to secure long-term partnerships.
6. Oversee the delivery of training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and resolving on-the-spot challenges.
7. Monitor training quality by attending sessions, gathering live feedback, and providing insights for improvements.
8. Conduct field research to identify market trends, client needs, and competitor offerings.
9. Provide post-training analysis and follow-up reports to clients, showcasing program impact and ROI.
10. Actively engage in cold visits to identify new business opportunities and build a robust client pipeline.
