About the job

Key responsibilities:

A. Sales:
1. Coordinate credit life sales activities providing technical support and guidance to channel partners as needed
2. Review competitor activity, market trends, regulations, and provide input/suggestions
3. Implement sales strategies for each product line as directed by the National Sales Head, Senior Credit Life Manager, and Zone Head

B. Relationship Management:
1. Resolve operational and technical issues faced by clients
2. Meet regularly with clients to build rapport with senior management and the sales team

C. Compliance:
1. Participate in risk mitigation, contingency planning, and business continuity programs executing and reporting within defined timelines
2. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws, and process changes

D. MIS:
1. Oversee the timely production and submission of sales statistics, reports, and projections as required
2. Provide consolidated reports for management
3. Prepare daily business reports

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

3. Experience of 1-3 years in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services background

4. Age should be below 30 years

5. Strong product knowledge

6. In-depth process knowledge

7. Ability to generate solutions

8. Knowledge of group credit life business processes

9. Updated knowledge of the insurance and banking industry

10. Proficiency in local language and English
