1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.
1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification in real estate, land management, or urban planning is highly preferred
2. Possess a minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or related fields, with a strong track record in handling land mutations and compliance with RERA regulations
3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal land acquisition laws, including the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation, and Resettlement Act
4. Exhibit a strong understanding of property law, land acquisition agreements, and contracts, with experience in collaborating with legal counsel
5. Show expertise in land parcel management, including categorizing and managing parcels based on zoning, topography, and utility requirements, with knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and land mapping software
6. Be skilled in evaluating the market value of land properties and conducting financial modeling
7. Demonstrate a proven ability to negotiate favorable lease agreements, including long-term leases, ground leases, and lease renewals, and to draft, review, and finalize lease and sale contracts
