About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Liasoning experience with Maharashtra Govt. Bodies (MSETCL/ MERC/ MSLDC/ MSEDCL/ TRANSCOs/ DISCOMs/ SLDCs/ SERCs, others, if required) in expediting government process on priority promptly.
2. Experience in coordination/submission/obtaining - LTOA/ BPTA/ Connectivity Agreements, and others with close coordination with concerned officials.
3. Responsible for timely tracking/submitting/refunds of all financial fees/Bill Settlement/ BG's as per Maharashtra state prevailing norms.
4. Coordination with State Electricity Regulatory Commissions, Liaoning with load dispatch centers, different utilities, government bodies, ministries, and other stakeholders, and other administrative work as required.
5. Liasioning of all approvals required from the Chief Electrical Officer for Power Transmission.
6. Liasioning for all environmental, right of way, gram panchayat approvals, and other approvals as required for power flow under open access mode.
7. Acquisition of land for setting up of large wind/Solar/Green Hydrogen/Green Ammonia projects related documentation, due diligence, title search reports, and land maps, identify aggregators for the smooth acquisition of land.

4. Significant experience in open-access applications for IPPs.

5. Significant experience in Land acquisitions for IPP’s

6. Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.

7. Be proactive, reliable, responsible, and accurate with an attention to detail.

8. Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.

9. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
