We're seeking someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and seamlessly convert them into images, layouts, and other designs. You should have an intimate understanding of how structural design works, especially in the residential and corporate sectors.
We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal designer will be able to hit the ground running as soon as we bring on a new client or project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current client workload.
2. Create layouts and options for spaces to accommodate various plant-based systems, including balconies, terraces, corporate spaces, hotel spaces, and retail environments.
3. Develop elevations and plans for Green Wall and Green Roof installations.
4. Create working drawings and effectively communicate them to clients.
5. Design visual aspects of marketing materials, client proposals, and other media.
6. Consult with the COO and sales & marketing team to create cohesive designs that reflect our corporate culture and goals.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
1. Education: Degree in a design course (Bachelor’s degree in architecture, landscape architecture, or interior design will be given prime consideration).
2. Technical skills: Extensive experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and multimedia presentations.
3. Interpersonal skills: Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
4. Design skills: Adaptive design eye and skill, with the ability to interact with clients and understand their needs.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
We are manufacturers of eco-friendly coir-based products. We have currently developed and pushed a module for green walls (vertical gardens) and soft roof lawns. We are also developing a line of eco-friendly furniture using coir-ply which is again a product developed by us that serves as a substitute for plywood and MDF.
