Minimum Skills and Experience Requirements:
1. Preparing layouts Soft and Hard and Irrigation drawings.
2. Preparing NOC drawings for the relevant departments.
3. Ability to analyze the BOQ details.
4. Prepare the hard landscape detail and sections.
5. Asbuilt drawings preparation.
6. Ability to take quantities from drawings.
7. Good knowledge in Swimming pool and water features related civil works.
