Laser Machine Operator Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Set up, calibrate, and operate laser cutting machines
2. Ensure proper alignment, positioning, and focus of the laser
3. Maintain accuracy and precision in cutting
4. Review production plans, work orders, and schedules
5. Efficiently execute plans while maintaining quality and productivity
6. Load and unload materials onto the machine
7. Ensure proper sheet alignment and security for laser cutting
8. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning
9. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues
10. Coordinate with maintenance technicians for repairs
11. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
12. Ensure adherence to specified dimensions and visual standards
13. Make adjustments to maintain quality throughout the production
14. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
15. Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
16. Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE)
17. Maintain accurate production records
18. Report production issues, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns
19. Identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction
20. Provide training and guidance to new operators as needed
