1. Advise clients independently on matters related to dispute resolution practices
2. Draft, review, and finalize notices, suits, petitions, appeals, and applications for civil and commercial disputes
3. Represent and appear before Courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial bodies
4. Exhibit strong analytical and drafting skills for effective legal representation
5. Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts, including MoUs, term sheets, agreements for sale and purchase, services agreements, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, investment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and IP assignment agreements
6. Conduct due diligence and draft legal opinions on commercial legal issues, including those under the Companies Act, 2013, and the Contract Act, 1872
7. Analyze commercial transactions and provide clients with comprehensive legal advice
8. Demonstrate expertise in legal drafting and provide well-structured documentation
