Key responsibilities:

1. Working on land laws+property laws+real estate laws+conveyancing laws
2. Drafting search & title reports, sale deeds, DA/POA, etc.
3. Drafting legal opinions relating to land laws + property laws
4. Researching land laws + property laws

3. Well-versed with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.)

4. Must have worked on at least 1 legal research software

5. Good command of reading, writing, and speaking Marathi + English
