About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on land laws, property laws, real estate laws, and conveyancing laws.
2. Drafting search & title reports, sale deeds, DA/POA, etc.
3. Drafting legal opinions relating to land laws and property laws.
4. Research land laws and property laws.

4. Must have worked on at least 1 legal research software.

5. Good command of reading, writing, and speaking Marathi and English.
