About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design UI/UX for front & back end
2. Develop brand design strategies
3. Lead design projects from concept to completion
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency
5. Planning the layout and visuals for creative projects as well as print and digital publications, products, and advertising
6. Creating and maintaining a vision for a company's products and branding.
7. Owning & managing the creative process for the brand
8. Leading multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines
9. Translating marketing & growth objectives into clear creative strategies
10. Working closely with multidisciplinary project teams, such as marketing, product & growth to ensure design consistency
11. Leading and directing the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral across channels
12. Ensuring visual communication and brand standards are met
13. Reviewing work, troubleshooting, and providing feedback to creative teams
14. Remaining actively involved in hiring and training the creative team

Other requirements

1. Full-time NID/ IDC graduate/ other top grade Design School

2. 0-5 years work experience

3. Team Leadership and project management skills

4. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design

5. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma

6. Excellent aesthetic sense and creative judgment

7. Ability to ideate based on user persona, target audience, and industry trends.

8. Stellar graphic design skills, and demonstrated ability in a portfolio

9. Basic understanding of copy so that he/she can guide writers also in terms of brand comms

10. Must have an Advertising/ Design Background (Education & Work Experience)

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 8,00,000 - 15,00,000 /year
