We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Gen Executive to join our team at PMaps. As a Lead Gen Executive, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our assessment platform. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India.

Qualifications and Skills

Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation or related field
Proven track record of success in generating qualified leads
Strong email writing and communication skills
Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Ability to make cold calls and effectively pitch our assessment platform
Knowledge of CRM systems, such as HubSpot, for lead management
Highly motivated and target-oriented
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Utilize email writing, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and reach out to potential leads
Make cold calls to prospective clients and effectively communicate the value of our assessment platform
Qualify leads and conduct initial needs analysis to understand the client's hiring requirements
Manage and update lead databases and CRM systems to track lead status and progress
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation
