Key responsibilities:

1. Identify Target Market: Research and segment potential software and non-software companies requiring recruitment services
2. Conduct Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors' strategies, strengths, and weaknesses to position Olibr's services more effectively
3. Develop Campaigns: Create and execute lead generation campaigns across email marketing, social media, and content marketing
4. Utilize Tools: Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and relevant platforms to enhance lead acquisition processes
5. Collaborate with Sales: Work with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and provide insights on lead quality
6. Coordinate with Marketing: Align lead generation efforts with broader marketing strategies and campaigns
7. Monitor Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate lead generation effectiveness
8. Generate Reports: Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, outcomes, and ROI
9. Analyze Results: Continuously assess lead generation strategies and adjust approaches based on performance data
10. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and lead generation best practices

Requirements:

1. Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and basic knowledge of hunter.io, ZoomInfo, and Clearbit
2. Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and data-driven reporting
