1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. 1-2 years of experience in consumer business strategy and execution across fast-paced B2C companies or in management consulting
2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL (mandatory)
3. Familiarity with data with the ability to define the right metrics, effectively analyze data to draw actionable insights, and identify new opportunities
4. Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
5. Strong stakeholder management skills as this role will involve cross-functional conversations to address DE problems such as payouts, earnings, product, onboarding, etc.
6. Ability of working on a strong quality control (QC) process to avoid any payout issues and to conduct detailed RCA
