Lead Motion Graphic Designer Job

What role will you play?

You play the role of manager, hands on creating motion graphics & take up studio initiatives. Manager who can drive the project end to end in creating motion graphics for various devices/media (Web, Tablet, Mobile, Meta. Etc.) UX micro-interaction that is engaging, informative, and relevant to a particular audience or target market.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and mentor motion graphic teams, right from concept to creation of final deliverable within deadlines and client expectations.
2. Conceptualizing and creating visually engaging animations, graphics, and video content for a variety of media including television, film, web, and social media platforms.
3. Collaborating with the creative team to develop ideas, storyboard, and execute design concepts that align with the project goals, brand guidelines, and overall vision.
4. Creating and editing 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Maya, etc.
5. Designing and producing multimedia assets such as logos, title sequences, lower thirds, infographics, and other graphical elements that complement the video content.
6. Keeping up to date with the latest trends and techniques in motion design and visual storytelling and applying them to improve the quality and effectiveness of the content.
7. Collaborating with other designers, developers, and project stakeholders to ensure that the visual and aesthetic aspects of the project are consistent with the overall user experience.
8. Maintaining an organized file structure, managing project assets, and adhering to established workflows to ensure efficient production processes.
9. Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up to date with the latest execution techniques in the given space.
10. Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.

You have strong articulation and inter-personal skills to be able to communicate your concepts, ideas and deliverables to different teams and clients.
Possess advanced skills in After Effects and other Adobe Creative Suite tools. Knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3D modelling and animation applications is considered a plus.
