We are a German craft Bakery & Bistro from Stuttgart & St.Leon, based in Koramangala, Bangalore. We have the mission to bring authentic German bread culture and delicious food to our beloved India. Under the training of the senior Head Chef Anton Reissmueller (73) and our incredible team from all over India & the world, we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and interested (freshers are welcome) people, who would like to join our team as the Lead of Service and Store in our German Bakery&Bistro shop and cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Food preparation & kitchen assistance:
1. Basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, peeling, and slicing.
2. Able to cook Indian Dishes and snacks and Sandwiches

b. Keeping the front side clean and maintained:
1. Ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness of workstations.

c. Stock management:
1. Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels

d. Compliance with health and safety regulations:
1. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage practices.
2. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the kitchen supervisor

e. Documentation and record keeping:
1. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
2. Document billing-related activities and resolutions.

f. Customer interaction:
1. Deliver excellent customer service during order-taking interactions.
2. Address customer questions, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
