About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Engage in all phases of software development, including effort estimation, approach determination, construction, quality assurance testing, deployment, documentation, troubleshooting, feature support, and security enhancement implementation
2. Actively participate in and contribute to agile team-level and higher-level activities such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
3. Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to teammates
4. Investigate, document, analyze trade-offs, and propose potential solutions for forthcoming product features. Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
5. Foster collaboration within the engineering department to ensure adherence to established standards and processes

6. Strong communication skills that allow you to convey complex ideas in writing and in person
