Key responsibilities:

1. Sponsorship acquisition: Actively seek out and engage potential sponsors from various industries, including technology, gaming, and consumer products. Negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions. Achieving annual business plan for assigned events.
2. Sponsorship activation: Collaborate with sponsors to develop and execute activation plans that maximize their investment and visibility. Monitor the execution of sponsorship activations to ensure compliance with agreements.
3. Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective sponsors. Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, addressing their needs and concerns.
4. Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and potential sponsors within the esports ecosystem. Analyze competitors sponsorship activities to inform strategic decisions.
5. Reporting and analytics: Prepare regular reports on sponsorship performance, ROI, and market trends.
6. Team coordination: Fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment in coordination with other departments.
