1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. 1-6 years of experience or knowledge in technologies such as Java, C programming, AWS, C++, Python, Azure, and RDBMS
2. Experience in developing web-based training modules
3. Experience in creating instructor-led training materials
4. Effective oral and written communication skills
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
6. Experience in developing primarily non-technical training courses (technical knowledge is an advantage)
7. Experience in creating storyboards, audio scripts, projects, and other study materials
8. Experience working with diverse teams, cultures, and industries
9. Ability to generate innovative ideas and participate in training programs
10. Good understanding of learner-centric, performance-based instructional theories, adult learning principles, and their implementation
11. Ability to work effectively in an agile, continuously evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment
12. Ability to review training materials effectively
