The job role requires the candidate to wear the cap of someone who can manage to deliver live sessions to our audience and who can handle the operations as well.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare for the live class based on the content provided.
2. Stay online 15 minutes before the scheduled session time.
3. Conduct live online sessions for ~3-6 children at a time.
4. Provide feedback based on learning outcomes shared with you.
5. Complete training successfully and promptly.
6. Live session coordination: Coordinate and manage the scheduling, logistics, and technical aspects of live sessions, ensuring they run smoothly and according to the established timetable
7. Proactively address any concerns or questions they may have, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure a smooth customer experience
8. Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly and efficiently, either via email, chat, or phone. Provide clear and concise explanations or instructions to help customers
9. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes related to live session management and customer support
10. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including moderators, and the technical support team to ensure seamless coordination
11. Maintain effective communication channels to relay customer insights, operational updates, and improvement recommendations
