1. Staying aware of the concerning laws of the real estate industry, more particularly RERA and rules and regulations made thereunder
2. Conducting detailed pre-execution review exercises, including due diligence and outlining the contractual obligations & monitoring/supervising the execution of agreements
3. Supervising real estate transactions from allotment letters to possession letters and beyond that
4. Drafting/Vetting/Pursuing/Modifying various property documents, such as a letter of intent, memorandum of understanding, power of attorney, services contracts, development agreement, agreement of sale, conveyance deed, lease deed, leave & license, indentures, documentation & coordinating with the panel advocates and clients
5. Coordination and assisting various departments like legal, administration, technical, accounts, marketing, etc. for due compliance of legal requirements, including liaison with all regulatory departments connected with the project to ensure total compliance with rules & regulations to mitigate the chances of dispute/litigation
6. Representing in proceedings before administrative authorities and courts
