A. Land and property department:
1. Study property and land files, due diligence process, and drafting of title opinions
2. Draft sale deeds, agreements, wills, joint venture agreements, development agreements, power of attorney, etc
B. Court Department:
1. Study court case files, a draft of plaints, WS, legal notices, etc
2. Appear day-to-day in courts, client co-ordination, etc
3. Conduct chief examination, cross-examination, and arguments
Requirements:
1. Candidates based in Pune and neighboring cities
2. Candidates with a minimum of one year's post-qualification experience with a legal practitioner/law firm
3. Candidates who can speak, read and write Marathi fluently
4. Candidates with working knowledge of legal research software.

Duration: 3 months
