Industry experience: Candidate should have worked in insurance/banking industry for at least 1 year in a client facing role where he/she was selling financial products and helping clients in their selection. Candidates who have no prior experience should not apply.
Key responsibilities:
1. Understand requirements from customers for their loan/insurance needs
2. Assist customers and partners in the preparation of suitable quotes for clients
3. Work with channel partners and arrange suitable proposals for loans/insurance
4. Analyse the proposals and discuss them with the clients as per their needs
5. Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to loan/insurance documentation
6. Follow up with clients and take the leads to closure
7. Handle post-sales inquiries from customers and address them with the help of channel partners/companies
8. Maintain organized records of loan/insurance documents and client information in company CRM
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Candidates who are from Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida and neighboring cities
1. Very strong follow up skills required like people working in credit card companies who call daily a prospective customer and try to sell the card.
2. Experience in banking, finance, or insurance.
3. The candidate should have excellent command over written/spoken English.
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,80,000 - 7,80,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,80,000 /year
