This role is integral in managing both internal and external communications and ensuring that sales and inventory align with weekly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Oversight: Monitor and track logistics processes, ensuring timely deliveries, and escalating any issues when required. Ensure communication between logistics teams and management is clear and consistent.
Stock Management: Regularly check inventory levels, ensuring stocks are adequate to meet sales targets. Weekly stock checks must be conducted and reported accurately.
Sales Monitoring: Keep track of which products are performing well in the market, and identify any issues with product movement or customer satisfaction.
Coordination with Other Teams: Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure seamless operations. Work as part of a team to support the overall functioning of the department.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to management regarding stock levels, sales trends, and any logistic challenges.
Travel: This role requires regular travel to manage on-ground operations, conduct stock inspections, and meet with stakeholders.

Person Requirement:

Age: Preferably in their 20s or early 30s.
Experience: Prior experience in logistics, stock management, or operations is required. Knowledge of basic accounting and understanding of sales trends is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong communication skills, particularly in Hindi.
Ability to manage logistics and troubleshoot issues on the go.
Knowledge of inventory management tools and practices.
Energetic and willing to travel as required.
Ownership: The candidate must demonstrate strong ownership of tasks and be able to manage responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.
Teamwork: Able to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and collaborating to achieve common goals.
