1. With the help of the load board provided by the company, the candidate will log on to that search for the loads "DAT" load board site
2. For the driver planning & dispatch, he/she will use the TMS, currently ITS dispatch, later on, transformed to Tech Truckers LLC, our own product for TMS (transport management system)
3. Once he/she sees the destination of the trucks in the TMS, the candidate will proactively search the load in advance for the driver, so that last-minute hurry & fuss will not occur
B. Work on load creation/build
1. Check the email where brokers/shippers will send us the contract/rate cons or receive/make calls to get them/follow up with them to get it
2. Download the rate con/contracts on the company desktop provided or laptop
3. Fill up all information needed in TMS to build the load
4. Check the dates/temp/pick up & delivery location, weight & time
C. Manage dispatch drivers/driver planning
1. See which driver is there to assign load & plan accordingly by dispatching the load creations
2. Give information to the respective driver
3. Talk to drivers on a daily basis to check how they are doing & also for back-end support
D. Manage driver support, maintenance/calls
1. Understand the truck routes & short routes in the USA
2. Ensure all dispatchers have knowledge of how GPS works
E. Track & trace the observations on drivers and their logs
1. Track drivers & check with the timings & their driving hours well in advance
2. If anyone is running late, send feedback to the brokers/shippers or any appointment change request on pick up or delivery to be carefully observed by communicating with location managers
3. Work on the maintenance of schedule and planning
