Have a passion for the staffing industry and a desire to help people reach their career goals.
He/she should possess good knowledge of various technologies in the US IT market.
Responsible for getting new leads for consultants on the bench, schedule interviews, following up and placing consultants on the job
Expert in job portal searches likes Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, indeed, LinkedIn etc. and other networking methods and marketing of candidates on bench via requirements received in email, dice, techfetch, etc.
Submit the candidates for the suitable positions and follow up with Vendors by Phone or mail regarding the rates and client interviews.
Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants.
Excellent Interpersonal skills and prior experience in interviewing candidates on a basic skill set is a must.
Marketing the consultant resumes of different skill sets and placing them mainly on a C2C basis.
Knowledge on prime vendors
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent English communication skills (Oral and Written)
2 years experience with good knowledge
Willing to work from office
Interested to work in night shifts
