Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time, mid-level position requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities and a commitment to maintaining electrical systems and components, ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital facilities.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience with electrical troubleshooting (Mandatory skill), specifically in a healthcare or hospital setting, focusing on quick and effective systems resolution.
Extensive experience ensuring preventive maintenance (Mandatory skill) to reduce downtime and extend the life of electrical systems in critical care environments.
Understanding of PLC Programming, including the ability to interpret and modify code for system enhancements and troubleshooting purposes.
Experience with wiring diagrams, providing the ability to read, interpret, and create detailed schematics for various electrical projects and installations.
Competence in managing VFD (Variable Frequency Drives), ensuring their optimal setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to manage hospital equipment effectively.
Skills in electrical panel design, emphasizing creating efficient layouts for control panels and ensuring all work adheres to electrical standards.
Familiarity with SCADA Systems to facilitate the monitoring and control of hospital facilities and infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations.
Adherence to NFPA 70E Compliance, ensuring that all work performed meets safety regulations and standards required in healthcare settings.

Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and endorse preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality at all times.
Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions, minimizing downtime and maintaining critical hospital systems efficiently.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to implement electrical system upgrades and new installations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Respond promptly to electrical emergencies, ensuring immediate corrective actions to maintain hospital safety and operations.
Train junior staff and assist in developing their skills in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental guidelines, contributing to a safe and effective working environment.
Provide technical support and advice regarding electrical systems to other hospital departments, facilitating improvements and operational efficiency.
