Maintenance Supervisor Job

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the complete maintenance of the building, ensuring all systems run smoothly. This includes managing electrical systems, enforcing strict safety measures, and maintaining a high standard of punctuality and efficiency in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage all building maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility upkeep.
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations across all areas, regularly inspecting systems and addressing any safety hazards.
3. Oversee the security of the building, including monitoring security systems, access controls, and coordinating with security personnel.
4. Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards.
5. Lead and train maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and punctuality.
6. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for the building and all its systems to prevent breakdowns or safety risks.
7. Coordinate with external contractors for large-scale repairs or improvements in the building.
8. Maintain up-to-date documentation on safety procedures, electrical maintenance logs, and security protocols.
9. Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on time, with a focus on punctuality and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in building maintenance, electrical systems, safety, and security management.
3. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and security protocols.
4. Leadership and team management experience, with a focus on enforcing punctuality and discipline.
