Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordination with business partners & trainers:
a. Act as a liaison to ensure smooth communication between business partners, trainers, and internal teams.
b. Assist with onboarding and coordination of trainers and business partners.

2. Social media management:
a. Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent branding.
b. Plan and execute engagement campaigns to increase brand visibility.

3. Operations & scheduling:
a. Support daily training operations and troubleshoot any issues.
b. Coordinate training batches, manage attendance, and resolve any scheduling conflicts.

4. Cross-functional collaboration & admin support:
a. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of programs.
b. Assist in generating reports, documentation, and other administrative tasks.

5. Learner support & data management:
a. Address learner inquiries and ensure smooth communication during the learning process.
b. Maintain enrollment and attendance records and generate performance reports.

6. Process improvement:
a. Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements to enhance the learning experience.
b. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and implement solutions.
