1. Work with the management team, assist them in developing business plans and product strategies to achieve company revenue goals, develop a deep understanding for our suite of products/solutions/services, and support evolution of the company's vision, strategy and product roadmap, securing leadership buy-in and support
2. Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends to accordingly provide inputs for business strategies for revenue generation, pricing strategies, etc.
3. Engage with customers/marketplace to identify newer business opportunities, and to suggest new products/features development, product revisions, enhancements, and updates and support creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
4. Provide support for building marketing collaterals, advertising materials, and for conducting marketing campaigns, tradeshows and other promotional activities
5. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamics and maintain/monitor so documentations for all product related activities are up to date
6. Drive product functionals, use case, and documentation efforts and maintain indexed knowledge repositories for easy access to future references and ease of retrieval
7. Support the processes for product backlog, defining, grooming, and prioritizing the user stories in consonance to product priorities while maintaining technical integrity
8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support addressing customer escalated issues and concerns in a timely manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
9. Conduct product trainings, internally and externally, especially with market point of view, and functional user expertise assist in new product introduction and launch activities
10. Leverage problem solving skills and periodically assesses improvement opportunities in the product workflows, and present systemization, process/product innovations, and continual improvements, opportunities to decision-makers and may coordinate assigned organizational transformation, product build-ups, and/or continual improvements initiatives
11. Manage the customer-focused systems and reports for configuring them for the purpose of streamlining the workflows/process monitoring and customizing/automating the reports and dashboards for ease of monitoring and alerting for compliance, etc.

Other requirements
BSc. computer science or equivalent in a similar related field with PGP/PGDM/MBA or equivalent in product management or marketing, or in a similar related field from an institute of repute with typically 3 to 6 months of the relevant internship experience (a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu)
Understanding of technical product management, agile methodology, ITIL, and/or Lean-IT is preferred
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹30,000 - 31,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,25,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
