Job Overview
This is a Senior-level role in Finance and Accounting at iKeva Venture and Knowledge Advisory Services Private Limited, based in Hyderabad. The position requires a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of work experience in the field. This is a full-time opportunity where the successful candidate will lead various financial operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements while driving the financial strategy of the organization.

Qualifications and Skills
Accounting operations experience is essential to oversee and manage all financial accounting processes and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Strong expertise in financial reporting is required to prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Mentoring and managing a team of finance professionals for high performance.
Proficiency in data analysis to interpret financial data accurately and provide insights and recommendations for business strategies.
Knowledge of statutory compliances to ensure that the company adheres to all financial and legal regulations.
Experience in operations on Zoho Books is desirable.
Skill in cash flow management
Audit management expertise to lead both internal and external audits and ensure the integrity of financial information and systems.

Oversee and manage all aspects of financial accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company's goals and objectives.
