Manager- Indirect Taxation Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling GST, Customs, SEZ, and EOU compliance, litigation, advisory, and tax structuring
2. Providing legal analysis and interpretation of laws
3. Preparing tax opinions, reports, and representations with strong drafting and communication skills
4. Representing clients before various tax authorities
5. Coordinating and liaising with government authorities for tax-related matters
6. Collaborating with internal teams and third-party service providers to ensure smooth execution of tax processes
7. Supporting Invest India initiatives and related indirect tax implications
8. Preferred Candidate Profile: Male candidate only
9. Local candidates from Hyderabad will be given first preference
10. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple stakeholders

Education/Experience

1. 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in Indirect Taxes
2. Exclusive internship experience in Indirect Taxation (GST, Customs, SEZ, and EOU)
3. Experience in representing matters before various levels of authorities
4. Experience in coordination and liaison with government authorities
5. Experience in working with teams and third-party service providers
6. Qualification: B.Com + CA/CS/CMA/LLB (from a reputed institution)
7. Compensation: As per industry standards
