Key responsibilities:

1. Build 3/4 wheeler supply capacity by planning and ensuring cluster-wise supply partner capacity through a mix of acquiring new partners and retaining existing partners
2. Identify new channels of acquisition to optimize supply growth and the cost of acquisition
3. Allocate vehicles efficiently to customer orders ensuring timely fulfillment
4. Ensure SLA management by maintaining on-time pickups and deliveries without damages
5. Manage and resolve order-related escalations proactively to maintain customer satisfaction
