About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategic communication:
i. Work on strategy development: Craft and lead an innovative communication strategy that aligns with organizational objectives to maximize impact.
ii. Work on content oversight: You will oversee the creation and distribution of varied content, including articles, multimedia, presentations, and social media updates.
iii. Work on channel selection: Identify suitable communication channels and tailor messages for targeted audiences.
iv. Work on brand narrative: Build and promote a compelling brand story highlighting the organization's practices, innovations, and mission.
2. Content creation and management:
i. Work on material development: Manage the creation of diverse communication materials such as articles, blogs, newsletters, reports, and multimedia content.
ii. Work on digital management: Ensure effective oversight of digital platforms, including the website and social media.
iii. Handle visibility Initiatives: Lead digital initiatives and public relations efforts to boost the organization's visibility.
iv. Work on brand consistency: Maintain and protect branding materials, ensuring communication uniformity.
3. Lead generation and conversion:
i. Work on target achievement: Set and monitor lead generation and conversion targets, using analytics to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
ii. Work on conversion-focused content: Develop and promote content specifically designed to engage potential leads and guide them through the conversion process.
iii. Work on collaboration with sales: Work closely with sales teams to align communication strategies with lead conversion goals, ensuring a seamless handoff and follow-up process.
4. Team leadership demonstration:
i. Work on team development: Build, mentor, and lead a talented communications team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
ii. Work on goal setting: Establish clear objectives, provide ongoing feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.
iii. Work on strategic contribution: Collaborate on organizational strategies and assist program teams in creating impactful content for stakeholder engagement.
5. External relations management:
i. Work on stakeholder engagement: Interact with external stakeholders, including media, vendors, and PR consultants.
ii. Work on representation: Represent the organization at external events and platforms, effectively conveying its mission and impact.

Other requirements

Qualifications:

1. A degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field (postgraduate or undergraduate).

Experience:

1. Preferably 1-3 years of experience in communications, with 1-2 years focused on developing and implementing communication strategies, ideally in the health or direct-to-consumer sectors.

2. Proven track record in content creation across multiple channels, including digital and audiovisual.

3. Experience in leading and mentoring teams.

Skills and competencies:

1. Exceptional command of English and Hindi, with strong oral and written communication skills.

2. Creative ability to produce engaging social media content and multimedia materials.

3. Strong storytelling skills, adept at identifying and sharing impactful narratives.

4. Innovative mindset with the capacity to collaborate with external partners to produce high-quality content.

5. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively to diverse audiences.

6. Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that drive lead generation and conversion, leveraging analytics to refine approaches and achieve targets.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,50,000 - 6,00,000 /year
