Manager - Warranty Renewals Job

Job Purpose:
Manage sales targets of the organization through effective sales drive of extended warranties for customer base targeted for renewals.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate extended warranties renewal leads through calling executives
Service centre coordination for lead collection & billing
Ensure timely effective implementation of strategies to drive sales
Work on Incentivisation and Promotional schemes alongside the inputs from product team
Monitor and review the calling executive effectiveness on extended warranty sales pitch & conversion ratio
Deliver sales training programs for the calling executives to improve their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities
