Axe Consultancy Services LLC is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Manual Jewelry Designer Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in teaching and guiding students in the art of manual jewelry design. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and basic knowledge of software tools such as Rhino and Matrix.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Instruction: Teach and demonstrate manual jewelry design techniques, including design principles, material selection, and craftsmanship.
2. Curriculum delivery: Implement and follow a structured curriculum to ensure comprehensive education in manual jewelry design.
3. Student support: Provide individual support and feedback to students, helping them develop their skills and confidence in jewelry design.
4. Assessment: Evaluate student work, conduct assessments, and offer constructive feedback to facilitate improvement and growth.
5. Resource management: Prepare and organize teaching materials, including lesson plans, design exercises, and practical demonstrations.
6. Classroom environment: Create an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity and skill development in jewelry design.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in jewelry design, fine arts, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in jewelry design.
3. Software Knowledge: Basic familiarity with Rhino and Matrix; additional knowledge of other design software is a plus.
4. Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
5. Passion: A strong passion for teaching and helping students succeed in their jewelry design journey.
