1. Work on sponsorship and partnership development, identify potential sponsors for our sporting events and STEM programs, establish partnerships and associations with organizations, schools, and colleges, and negotiate sponsorship deals
2. Create marketing campaigns, and develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our brand and events across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and event promotion
3. Promote events and work closely with our events team to create a marketing strategy for each event, ensuring that we are maximizing our outreach and engagement with our target audience
4. Work on reporting and tracking the progress of all marketing and association activities and reporting on key metrics, including ROI and engagement
Required:
1. Strong communication skills: You should have strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with potential sponsors, organizations, schools, and colleges
2. Marketing experience: You should have 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the sports or STEM industry
