Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on the drone industry.
2. Manage and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
4. Collaborate with the business development team to create marketing materials and sales collateral that effectively communicate the value of Nurture Xcel's offerings.
5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs),
adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
6. Lead branding efforts to establish a strong and consistent brand identity within the drone industry.
7. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing marketing performance, insights, and strategic recommendations.
