1. Assist in managing and growing our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.

(e) Event coordination:
1. Support the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
2. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
3. Develop and implement a comprehensive community management & engagement strategy to build and nurture online communities on multiple social media platforms.
4. Reach out to customers/prospective customers on calls and build a nurturing relationship on behalf of the brand as and when required.
