Key Responsibilities

1. Manage integration automation platforms like Marketo, Zoho, and Zapier to streamline workflows.
2. Ensure seamless integration of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) with CRM systems like HubSpot.
3. Set up and maintain integrations between team communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) and CRM systems.
4. Oversee Shopify e-commerce integration with marketing and CRM systems for order and customer data management.
5. Implement and monitor CRM integrations for smooth lead handoff between marketing automation and sales teams.
6. Utilize APIs for custom integrations between platforms, ensuring smooth data flow across systems.
