Key responsibilities:

1. Handling inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp marketing, and emails from customers
2. Providing accurate, valid, and correct information to our customers
3. Maintaining records of customer interaction using the right tools
4. Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
6. Researching and pursuing new business opportunities
7. Identifying clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions to them and guiding their decision-making process
8. Handling content and strategizing for social media
9. Working on copywriting and content writing for different marketing requirements such as website, blogs, ads, posts, and packaging
10. Strategizing and planning every month's marketing calendar and campaigns
