Marketing Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Data researching/Data collecting
2. Recording the information accurately in MS-Excel
3. Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
4. Building a relationship of trust & respect with clients
5. Cold calling prospective clients using a given phone directory and understanding their needs
6. Asking pertinent questions to understand the client s requirements
7. Understanding customer s requirements and providing relevant
8. Following up in a timely manner response
9. Coordinating with marketing team for smooth functioning

Skills required:

1. Should be courteous and a good listener
2. Communication and presentation skills
3. Proficient in English, Hindi & Bengali
4. Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel/MS- Word
