Designation: Marketing Executive
Core Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication:
Drafting emails, getting them approved, and sending them to clients.
2. Enquiry Registration:
Registering all client inquiries in the enquiry order register.
3. Proforma Invoice (PI) Generation:
Creating PI for any new orders.
4. Client Acquisition Meetings:
Attending meetings related to client acquisition.
5. Agenda and Minutes Preparation:
Preparing the agenda and minutes of meetings for client discussions.
6. Order Confirmation and Processing:
Ensuring all orders are confirmed and forwarding them to the operations department.
Cover Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with marketing, production, quality control, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth processing
2. Understand new clients' requirements
3. Register new clients into the system
4. Prepare presentations
5. Track all enquiries
6. Convert enquiries into orders
7. Update the status and summary of all enquiries
8. Track all ongoing orders
9. Recording all confirmed orders in the sales order register
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) with advanced excel skills being essential.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Capacity to manage complex data and derive actionable insights
Attention to Detail:
High attention to detail, accuracy in data management
Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards of work
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teems
Experience:
Candidates with 0-2 years of experience are preferred
