Key responsibilities:

1.POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting our social enterprise's services, building strong relationships with corporates and NGOs, and presenting compelling proposals for various assignments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business Development: Identify and engage potential corporate and NGO partners; conduct market research on industry trends and client needs.
2. Proposal Presentation: Prepare and present tailored proposals to corporates and NGOs, highlighting our expertise and social impact.
3. Sector Expertise: Stay informed about development sector trends, challenges, and best practices to lead discussions on social impact initiatives.
4. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and exploring upselling opportunities.
5. Social Media Collaboration: Work with other departments to align social media efforts with company goals.
6. Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and amplify its mission.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
A Master's degree or additional certifications is a plus.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the social enterprise or development sector.
Strong understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
