We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive Mix to join our team at Abundant Life And Spaces Private Limited driving growth and customer engagement for our PG business. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for spearheading our lead generation, sales, client interaction, and overall marketing strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of effective communication, financial literacy, and proficiency in MS-Excel, Canva, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, and social media marketing.
Key responsibilities:
a. Lead Generation & Campaigns:
1. Post engaging listings on property websites (MagicBricks, Housing, 99acres) and social media platforms (Facebook groups).
2. Design and execute creative marketing campaigns to generate leads and convert them into closures.
3. Coordinate with brochure distribution teams to expand outreach.
b. Customer Interaction & Sales:
1. Arrange site visits for potential customers and close deals based on available packages.
2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
c. Operations & Coordination:
1. Manage daily operations, including occupancy tracking, complaint resolution, and exit form procedures.
2. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for purchases and maintenance tasks.
3. Collaborate with staff and housekeeping teams to ensure efficient facility management.
d. Financial & Administrative Tasks:
1. Follow up on rent and electricity collections, maintaining accurate payment cycles in Excel.
2. Prepare daily and end-of-day reports for yourself and the team.
3. Oversee purchase-related activities (online/offline) and civil setup requirements.
e. Strategic Growth:
1. Innovate marketing strategies to maximize lead generation and customer conversions.
2. Foster HR partnerships and tie-ups with corporate entities to enhance occupancy rates.
Eligibility:
Candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in deal closures, marketing, or operations in property management, hospitality, or similar industries.
Proven track record of running online/offline campaigns and achieving targets.
Note:
CTC is 1,80,000 + Incentives (6-8 months) During Probation.
Post-probation CTC will be 3L-4.2L based on performance

1. Must be willing to travel in and around Chennai and Bangalore as required.
2. Own a personal vehicle for travel.
3. Excellent communication and convincing skills in English (Tamil and Hindi preferred).
4. "CAN DO" attitude with no reservations about work-related matters.
5. Highly motivated, disciplined, and ready to take on diverse responsibilities.
6. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
7. Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms for marketing.
8. Aspiration to work with AI tools and modern techniques.
9.Willing to work late evenings as per client or business requirements.
10. Capable of coordinating with vendors, service providers, staff, and housekeeping teams.
11. Strong customer relationship management skills.
12. Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
13. Ready to learn new tools, techniques, and ideas to improve processes and outcomes.
14. 1–2 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or similar industries, with a focus on deal closures and marketing campaigns.
15. Consistent track record of meeting targets and maintaining operational excellence.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,20,000 /year
