Marketing & Sales Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on the acquisition of new clients/franchisees as per the business plan
2. Working on developing business in Global Financial Market
3. Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
4. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
5. Researching prospective accounts in target markets
6. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
7. Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
8. Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
9. Training marketing & sales staff
10. Attending conferences and industry events
11. Working on the preparation & participation in activities such as webinars, seminars, workshops, and events as and when required and any other role that may be assigned from time to time
12. Making calls to clients having aspirations to do & investing in the stock market & algo trading
13. Generating & converting potential leads through counseling candidates/clients
14. Dealing with stock market traders, investors & fund managers
15. Working independently & under pressure as well as in a team environment

Requirements:

1. Prefer candidates who have good knowledge of the financial industry
2. Prefer, if they have knowledge of the stock market, investment, fund management, mutual funds, etc.
3. Sales & marketing background preferred
4. Finance, sales & marketing background (BBA, MBA, or equivalent preferred)
5. Prefer candidates interested in fund management/portfolio management career
6. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics
7. Understanding and knowledge of customer relationship management software
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
9. Demonstrate excellent leadership skills
