Marketing Specialist Job

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated across all channels. As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with cross-functional departments to help drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Development: Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote products/services, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing strategies.
Content Creation: Create engaging content for emails, social media, websites, blogs, and other marketing materials.
2. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
3. Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
4. Brand Management: Maintain consistency and accuracy of brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
6. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
7. Event Planning: Assist in organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
8. Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring the cost-effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

1. Working says: Monday to Saturday
2. Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
3. Work from the office: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
4. Work from home: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
5. A laptop is a mandatory requirement for this position
